Disabling Windows services, a good idea or not?
Yes : - To reduce resources used and increase performance - To reduce battery consumption - For safety
But you still have to know which ones, which is very contextual!
Here’s a video presenting my opinion on the subject, the tips to help you in this task. The content is mainly aimed at improving performance, I don’t go into the security aspect but the principle is the same.
